Eye Shadows
The Shadows can be applied wet or dry. Used dry, they are sheer, but can be layered for more intense color. To use wet, dampen brush, place a small amount of powder in the cap, pick up powder and apply. To keep shadows dry, cap with tissue before recapping shadows.
